Bob Munnich
Chef / Owner

Bob has been cooking since he was a teenager.  He's worked in Diners, French Restaurants, Hotels, Country Clubs, Cafes, in his 43 year career. Prior to opening 1800 Drayton Catering & Events, Bob was the Chief operating officer for a restaurant group in Greenville, SC for 15 years where he was responsible for a fine dining steak house, and Italian restaurant, three burger restaurants and a multi-location catering service.  Bob's specialty is building teams, and with his family, he has built a team focused on serving all of his guests with gracious hospitality.

Morgan Nichols
Event Specialist

Morgan Was raised around food, Morgans mom is a chef and entrepreneur, catering weddings and other events.  Morgan assisted her mom in the kitchen, with sales and service wince she was a child. Always loving what she did.  Her passion for creating amazing weddings and events is unparalleled.  Morgan joined the Drayton Hospitality family in mid 2023, looking to grow her experience, and create memorable experiences for our guests.

Kimsey Cook


Kimsey Has been cooking in the Spartanburg area for years, his experiences are wide and varied, having cooked every type of food available.  His Southern expertise enhances Chef Bobs culinary talents, bringing a comfortable, approachable side to the dishes that they collaborate on. Their bond in the kitchen inspires creativity and more importantly and simply incredible food and experiences
